And our Kettering site is a flagship location - over 6,300 square feet of a new generation of fit-out, and the most advanced fitness equipment available to the network.

We will be one of the first UK Clubs to pilot a new Premium coaching membership, and will expect you to embrace the combination of technology and delivery of personal fitness support, to help our members achieve their goals with a passion and drive that fits right into our team.

Duties will include, but not be restricted to:

- Telephone calls or messages to prospective members to generate tours and sales.
- Booking and carrying out member fitness assessments and consultations
- Running small classes on the gym floor and in the studios (Abs, kettlebells, HIIT etc)
- Delivery of Group training and adding to the existing client base
- Health checks and reviews
- Writing basic programs for members based on their needs and goals
- Taking photos and videos for social media
- Running member competitions
- Maintaining a clean and safe workout environment throughout the Club
- Driven, industrious and pro-active - can work on their own initiative.
- Outgoing and have high-energy
- Able to connect with members and create a culture where the member feels they belong to a Club community
- Motivated to encourage members and colleagues to smash targets
- Passionate about the health & fitness industry
- Naturally sales focused and target driven
- Adept at social media
- Exemplary with timekeeping.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous handling of business social media accounts is an advantage, particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 - with experience in delivering group fitness classes
- Hold additional certifications for all class types that you teach
- Be able to teach all class types, including HIIT, strength and conditioning classes
- First Aid trained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,523.00-£33,840.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kettering, NN16 9HU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Personal Training: 1 year (required)
