**Accounts Payable Administrator - Temporary Until January 2024**

**Theale, Berkshire**

Our client is the leading service provider of Managed Equipment Services (MES) for the NHS and the private health sector in the UK. They are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team in Theale, Berkshire.

To be considered for this role you must have previous Accounts Payable experience along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and editing supplier master records on ERP
- Verbal validation of supplier bank accounts
- AP - Inbox organisation
- Reconciliation of supplier statements/obtaining copy invoices
- Chasing up VAT invoices for Pro forma paid
- Posting supplier invoices to the accounting purchase ledger system, matching invoices to purchase orders and GRNs
- Communication of invoice and payment status to suppliers
- Internal communication of invoice and payment issues
- Ad hoc duties regarding pending implementation of a new system/change of company name
- Updating the monthly cash track which reconciles to bank statements with payments raised on the Accounts Payable ledger.

**Capability Profile**

**Essential Qualifications & Skills**
- 5+ GCSE’s including Maths and English ( or equivalent)
- Excel
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with demonstrable experience of communication with external Suppliers
- Communicating at different levels within organisation

**Desirable Experience**
- Minimum of 1 years Accounts Payable experience including obtain invoice approvals, resolving disputes and statement reconciliation
- Microsoft Dynamics AX/365

**A DBS Enhanced Disclosure is required for all applicants**
