As an RPO Lead Recruiter, you will partner with your client as an extension of their business, becoming their go-to expert for all their recruitment and sourcing needs. In this role, you can expect to recruit for both niche and high-volume roles across multiplecontracts and locations, so flexibility and resilience is key. Managing the vacancy from start to end, great communication will also be important to your success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leading client calls and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Creating accurate and appealing job advertisements in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
- Proactively headhunting senior talent for niche and hard to fill roles.
- Supporting junior recruiters with sourcing techniques
- Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using applicant tracking systems.
**Required skills & experience**:
- Experience within a recruitment function from either an RPO, agency or in-house talent acquisition background.
- Ability to work in a team as we are targeted against both individual and team performance.
- Flexibility and resilience as you can expect to work on several different contracts at any given time with varying demands and timescales.
