We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Purchasing department as Purchasing Coordinator.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Meeting and greeting suppliers into the hotel in a professional manner as and when they are present
- To ensure that the proper procedure is followed in regards to purchase orders from all departments within the hotel
- To assist with cost comparative research, ensuring the most competitive and cost-effective items are purchased
- To ensure records of all orders are collected and stored accurately.
- To ensure that reception tasks are carried out in accordance with the expected standards of the hotel

**ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
