I am recruiting for an accounts assistant with purchase ledger experience to join an accounts team in a dynamic, growing business in Ely. You will be responsible for supporting an efficient and accurate finance function within the Company including bookkeeping activities, working with sales and purchase ledgers, to ensure that records and payments and receipts are correct.

**What’s in it for you?**
- Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
- Work from home 1 day per week
- 4pm finish on Fridays

**Accounts assistant Responsibilities**:

- Posting purchase invoices and reconciling accounts.
- Reconciling banks accounts and statements.
- Administrative support and liaising with suppliers.
- General office operational duties - maintain and produce a daily schedule, contacts etc.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- **Purchase Ledger experience is a must**:

- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills
- Strong communication skills
- Great organisational skills
- Good at working to tight deadlines
- ERP System experience
