We are a very closely knit company with all our departments regularly interacting with each other on a day-to-day basis.

**Main Duties**

As an Apprentice Finance Assistant you will be:

- Assisting customers with any concerns/queries and resolving them
- Sending company accountant all statements for all bank accounts
- Assisting finance team with Sales Staff performance spreadsheet
- Keeping an eye on our invoices from carriers to ensure we’re still profitable on all our services we offer
- Gathering any missing invoices which company accountant provides on the Excel sheet she provides
- Invoicing customers
- Debt collecting
- Sending directors monthly invoice report

**Desired Qualifications**
- GCSE Maths and English A*-C (9-4) or equivalent

**Benefits**

**Salary, Hours and Benefits**
- £18,720 to £20,200 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

**What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?**

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:

- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
- The course is a 14 month long programme
