**About the Team**

**Role Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance & Quality Assurance Lead to establish and drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all services ensuring that they operate to consistently high standard and quality assurance, thus enabling the delivery of impactful, enriching and high-quality support which exceeds regulatory requirements and expectations. You will demonstrate commercial acumen and drive best practice whilst supporting approaches which offer innovation and creativity by shaping the systems, processes and practices to achieve the best outcomes.

**Key Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business administration, operations, management or field related to compliance and quality assurance.
- Significant experience in operations and compliance in a regulated setting such as CQC or with QAF Frameworks.
- Experience developing policies, procedures and department handbooks.
- Experience in organising and delivering training workshops related to health and social care disciplines and supported housing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise workload at short notice.
- An effective communicator with excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of mental health illnesses, safeguarding and related systems, policies and processes.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and information management systems which identify trends and monitor progress is desirable but not essential.
- Strong experience in quality standards, continuous improvement systems and governance systems including auditing, risk management, investigations, complaint handling and report writing.
- A genuine desire to want to make a difference and help disadvantaged individuals to have meaningful and purposeful lives.
