**Salary: up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) + £5,000 Performance Bonus**

**40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with some flexibility**

We're not just offering a job; we're providing a pathway to enhance your skills and expand your career horizons. As part of our team, you'll gain exclusive access to 'Cambian Extras,' our suite of benefits crafted to enrich your work-life experience.

Elevate your leadership potential with our bespoke coaching and mentoring programme, tailored to empower you with the insights and confidence of seasoned leaders. Moreover, our comprehensive Management Development Programme is designed to refine your strategic thinking and operational expertise, setting you on a course for continued success and advancement.

Join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of children at our picturesque Brook View School. Nestled within idyllic grounds, our cluster of children's homes offers a nurturing environment that we are committed to improving.

This is a unique opportunity to not only manage and enhance the quality of care for our current family but also to play a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of our services. As we grow, so will your role, with the exciting potential for overseeing multiple registrations and stepping up as Head of Care.

Working closely with the Regional Managers, to develop strategic growth plans for the homes, you will also lead and manage the staff team to fulfil and deliver the agreed plans.

Our children and young people are aged 8-19 and have a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder together with an EHCP. Our students are supported within a nurturing environment that encourages them to accept themselves, tolerate others, build confidence, and experience success. Staff are recruited based on their vitality and enthusiasm, as well as for the qualifications and experience.

As a registered manager you will be level 5 qualified with experience in ASD and managing change. You will be responsible for delivering, in line with the statement of purpose, high quality care that remains fully compliant with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and associated legislation, statutory guidance and inspection frameworks. Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of residential special schools, and working in a larger environment.

We are a unique and complex business and you will need to balance a hands-on, practical approach with a creative and innovative style and the ability to respond with positivity and a ‘can do’ mindset.

We are looking for an innovative leader with a zest for making a positive impact. In return, we offer the chance to develop your career in a supportive environment where your ideas can help shape the future of our homes. If you're ready to take on a rewarding challenge and grow with us, we would love to hear from you.
