Kudos Solutions based in south Leicestershire is an established growing company, founded in 1990 and is a successful provider of scheduling and planning systems in many different business areas, whilst being a market leader and specialists in FMCGs. Kudos Solutions has achieved Solution Partner Smart Expert status by Siemens and are a preferred and largest reseller of Opcenter APS in Europe. We provide development and implementation software solutions and processes that are tailored to fit. As a Solution Partner Smart Expert for Siemens, we also provide consultancy to other Opcenter APS resellers as well as directly to our customers.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to promote the work and raise the profile of Kudos solutions using social media, our website, and other online platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

The post holder will support the Business Development Manager with the following activities;
- Managing and updating multiple social media accounts on a day-to-day basis; to include the administration of the organisation’s Twitter and LinkedIn accounts
- To raise the profile of the company across the various social media accounts
- Implementing marketing activities and campaigns for Kudos solutions
- Identifying and maximising PR, marketing, and advertising opportunities
- Develop and manage content
- Proofing marketing materials
- Writing and proofing content for publication on the website
- Reviewing the analytics from the various campaigns executed
- Will be responsible for lead generation from the social media campaigns

**Key Requirements**
- Strong experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and driving business growth
- Experience using a wide variety of social media platforms
- Understand the digital marketing landscape and how it is best applied for maximum commercial success
- Computer proficiency with IT and design systems, MS Office and Web Browsers
- GCSE English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Proven track record in use and management of all social media platforms on behalf of an organisation
- Experience in Microsoft Office & database creation
- Understanding of design, to be able to create content, project manage ads & marketing materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Multi-tasker / Ability to work to deadlines
- Confident and presentable
- Motivated and able to work individually and as a member of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
