Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing and executing content strategies within HubSpot, while also taking a leadership role in advancing the adoption of AI technologies across our content initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning the content strategy with business and sales goals of major organisations.

With a passion for content writing this role will contribute to the continued growth of Secret Source Marketing.

As a senior content writing specialist in a modern digital landscape, your role is crucial in creating engaging and relevant content to captivate and inform the target audience. You will be responsible for producing high-quality written material that aligns with our clients’ brand voice, customer journeys, and the markets in which they operate.

As part of the Secret Source team, you will need to be a self-starter and work independently across the business, interacting with multiple key stakeholder groups such as design, search, development, social, customer support, the management team, and clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Technology
- Work with HubSpot clients helping them maximise their investment - to include full utilisation of existing and future content and workflow features in the system.
- Implement marketing automation strategies within HubSpot to nurture leads, personalise content, and enhance user engagement.
- Be part of the data strategy to build the right data set and personalise communications.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and Analyse content and campaign performance. Utilise data insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Explore new emerging technologies to help enhance the delivery and measurement of content strategies.
- Willing to demonstrate to clients and partners regarding technology and reporting metrics in relation to content.

AI Adoption
- Lead the strategy for the research, testing and adoption of AI across the business. Including the proposed benefits and drawbacks/risks for consideration.
- Assist the leadership team in assessing AI tools and qualification process for using AI alongside traditional content writing.
- Utilise AI tools and platforms to help generate high-quality, original, and creative content across various formats, including articles, blog posts, social media content, and more.
- Implement AI-driven solutions for content optimisation, including keyword analysis, sentiment analysis, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure AI-generated content aligns with search engine optimisation best practices.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance checks on AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI content creation tools and technologies.
- Lead an internal review of AI adoption across disciplines including design and development.

Content
- Take overall responsibility for client content strategies and relevant assets, aligned with target audience and individual personas’ buying habits.
- Manage the research, writing and publishing of engaging content to educate, nurture and convert both prospects and clients.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to create informed and valuable content.
- Work with technical SEO team, interpreting data to help drive the content plans for clients.
- Use search tools, to measure the performance of content produced - shares, likes, social engagement from the target audience.
- Identify and build professional relationships with industry commentators, bloggers and publications where required.
- Content Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Proofread for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors before publishing.
- Multimedia Integration: Work with graphic designers and multimedia teams to incorporate visuals, infographics, and other multimedia elements into content.
- Adaptability and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends in content marketing and digital media.
- Social Media Engagement: Create and post content suitable for various social media platforms to increase audience engagement.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and use data insights to refine and improve content strategy. Help produce quality monthly and quarterly reports for clients.
