Role Description

Working closely with the Head of Events & Marketing and the Marketing Communications Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, coordinating communication channels, and delivering social media marketing campaigns. You will also be involved in web content writing, web analytics, and tracking campaign performance. This is a dynamic role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will also need excellent organisational skills and proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple deadlines, simultaneously. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Essential Skills and Experience

Do you have...?

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Digital marketing and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Social media content creation, scheduling and community management skills
  • Website content management experience
  • A sound understanding of SEO performance and analytics
  • The ability to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify digital marketing performance improvements
  • Knowledge of database marketing strategies, segmentation and digital/social strategies
  • Proficiency using marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, Hootsuite and MailChimp
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience within the warehousing or logistics industry is a plus, however not a necessity.
