About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Vanilla Recruitment. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our digital marketing strategy, working closely with our marketing team to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of digital marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Help with the delivery of the long-term marketing strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Execute successful email marketing campaigns: Design and send targeted email campaigns to our audience, using data and analytics to optimize results.
  • Manage social media channels and update/maintain the company website: Develop and implement a social media strategy that engages our audience and drives website traffic.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with SEO, SEM, and CRO: Assist with search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and conversion rate optimization efforts to improve our online presence.
  • Assist with planning, promoting, and attending corporate events and exhibitions: Help plan and execute events and exhibitions that showcase our brand and products.
  • Report on digital marketing activities using analytics packages: Use data and analytics tools to track and measure the success of our digital marketing campaigns.
  • Content creation for social media (static and reels): Develop engaging content for our social media channels, including static and video content.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a similar Digital Marketing role: Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong all-round digital marketing expertise: Excellent knowledge of website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent content creation skills: Ability to create engaging content for social media and other digital channels.
  • Evidence of creating and implementing effective campaigns: Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Able to brief and collaborate with designers and other colleagues: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with designers and other team members.
  • IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Office, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics: Proficient in using digital tools and software, including MS Office, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
  • Positive, proactive working approach with helpful and engaging interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive approach to work.
  • A valid Driving Licence is necessary for the requirements of the role: A valid driving license is required for the role, as you may be required to travel for work.
