Job Introduction
**HR Administrator Apprentice**

As a HR Support Apprentice, you will be part of the bridge that connects everyone.

Your integrity and desire to always do the right thing will put you in good stead for this opportunity.

You would be continually working to improve the service provided to our customers and supporting the management of individual and team workflow to ensure all service requests are managed to meet / exceed agreed SLA’s.

Main Responsibilities
**What you will be doing**
- You will be supporting all customer requests are completed in line agreed team SLA targets are met/exceeded
- Supporting that all data is handled in accordance with the Information Security Policy & GDPR Guidelines, and any other additional security requirements for specific customer groups.
- Your attention to detail will be required to ensure all documentation produced to ensure all sensitive HR Administration is accurate and quality checked prior to distribution.

**What you will bring**

Good verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner.

Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify improvement areas in processes, service and customer experience.

Awareness of goals and standards, with ability to follow tasks through to ensure quality and People Services standards are met.

Well organised with ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.

Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality.

Accurate keyboard and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

Able to work cooperatively within a team and on own initiative.

Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs.

Package Description
- Up to £23'000 Per annum
- Fixed Term 18 months with potential Opportunities upon successful completion of qualification
- You will be coached and supported by some of the best HR professionals in their field. Upon completion, you will become a HR professional with an industry recognised qualification, CIPD Level 3
- You will need to be have been based in the EU for the last 3 years (or appropriate visa)
