**Warranty Claims Co-ordinator**
- Hybrid working (head office / remote split)
- Salary £36000 + bonus
- Near Epsom, Surrey (due to location own transport is beneficial)

Our client, a global automotive company based near Epsom, is looking for a Warranty Claims Coordinator to join their Product Quality & Service Support team, who's purpose is support their customers with technical advice, reporting quality issues to improveour products, warranty process implementation and support, analysis and recall management.

You will be supporting the dealer network to process claims - right first time - whilst there is the opportunity to grow and stretch the role in the future.

**Key responsibilities**:

- You'll be in direct communication with our client's network from technician and aftersales personnel, supporting the warranty claims process, resolve warranty claim queries to enable the correct codification of claims.
- Identify new trends and warranty concerns to support and improve product and process.
- Work with KPI's and claim investigation to understand the root cause of an issue and improve warranty performance.
- Advising and supporting on training events.
- Delivering Warranty knowledge in various forms at dealer sites and face to face at head office to solve their cases and build relationships.
- Supporting internal departments in relation to warranty product support and driving change.
- Developing best practice initiatives to implement a Right first-time approach.

**You**:

- Are likely to have an Automotive or Engineering background
- Could come from a workshop technician or vehicle operations background - know how an engine works - with some customer service experience
- Dealership and/or after market experience
- Warranty experience (any system)
- Technical competencies - maybe technical assessor
- Great attitude
- Good negotiation skills

**Skills & Experience**:

- Technically aware
- Customer handling skills and negotiation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Compass preferable or another complaint handling system
- Warranty Systems
- Claim processing
- Commercial and product knowledge
- Dealer Workshop Process, improving Dealer efficiency
- After market technical competencies
