**Customer Support Co-ordinator**
- Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)
- Salary £29,000 + bonus
- Near Epsom, Surrey (due to location own transport is beneficial)

Are you a creative, curious thinker with strong customer service skills who always strives to find the best solution for the customer? Are you an innovative thinker with an aptitude for picking up new systems? Working in our client’s busy Head Office, you will be working from a customer management tool and then liaising with stakeholders to respond to and solve queries via outbound communications, providing vital support to their customers and dealer network.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Define and implement the ideal product launch process from a vehicle supply point of view and sharing best practice in these teams
- Reserving, locating and allocating stock
- Resolving customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Communicating key known issuesthrough updating the Vehicle Checker
- Supporting dealers on cases within the suitable timeframes
- Processing dealer returns
- Working with the depots on ETAs, Pre-delivery Corrections (PDCs), launch stock and damage claims.
- Supporting dealers with e-learning materials in order to promote the ability to self-serve
- Maintain and update dealer training course content and materials e.g. eLearning
- Identify innovative ways to improve systems and communications to support dealers to self-serve
- Escalate system failures/bugs for earliest resolution

**Skills & Experience**:

- Be customer focused with experience of a Customer facing role
- A proven commercial mind set and proactive approach
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
- An individual who strives for outstanding results and professionalism
- Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous but not essential
