**About the role**
Organon is hiring a **Product Testing Laboratory Coach** to join our friendly team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for coaching and developing a team of analysts to test product to pre-determined quality standards to meet customer demand whilst maintaining the highest level of compliance and current Good Manufacturing Practices
**Role Responsibilities**
- ** R**ecruit, train and develop personnel to ensure they can carry out designated tasks ensuring the release and stability product testing plan is achieved.**:
- **Ensure the maintenance of c**ompliant status of the laboratory in accordance with internal standards, GMP and external regulatory requirements.**:
- ** Coach and motivate teams daily to achieve departmental objectives aligned with the wider company strategy.**:
- ** Sponsor and manage strategic projects to ensure timely and effective completion.**:
- ** Ensure the health and safety of personnel and the laboratory is operated and maintained to the required standard.**:
- ** Liaise closely with bulk and pack IPT evaluating mid-term line design/capacity utilizations and associated headcount requirements, including raw materials, packaging components and microbiology and bulk tablet testing.**:
- ** Ensure laboratory deviations are performed within the specified time frame and according to the SOP and to ensure all corrective **actions/recommendations** are completed within the agreed timeframe.**:
- ** Sponsor the development of systems and culture to correctly identify root causes and then define and implement corrective actions.**:
- ** Lead by example, provide coaching & mentoring to team members, and promote a positive and collaborative working environment**:
**Role Requirements**:
- **Bachelors Degree in **science or related field) OR, Associate Degree with related technical industry experience require OR equivalent experience**:
