Job Description

Organon are recruiting for a Capital Project Manager to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will lead the delivery of capital projects across the site, ensuring all projects are delivered according to key performance indicators, including cost, schedule, safety, and compliance. This role is a member of the Site Engineering Leadership Team and key stakeholder in developing our site engineering strategy.

Role Responsibilities:
Owner for minor and major capital projects.
Ensure projects are delivered according to charter commitments, including cost and schedule.
Proactively provide developmental support and coaching to other team members.
Identification and escalation of risks and issues as appropriate to senior management.
Ensure projects deliver according to PMO standards, including project roadmap and governance standards.
Provide input into the Site Masterplan and Long-Range Capital Plan.
Provide support and leadership to site-wide CI initiatives, according to business need.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Degree level Engineering qualification or similar relevant experience.
Competent financial management skills to create and manage capital spending.
Attending and successfully completing applicable GMP training, including training in local operating procedures.
Highly developed people management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Adhere to Organon Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
