Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Asset Project Engineer to join our team at Organon's manufacturing site in Northumberland.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the delivery of approved projects with a strong focus on project controls, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. Contribute to the development of Engineering processes and systems within the Cramlington engineering Department, driving efficiency and innovation.
  3. Work with internal stakeholders to deliver a 2-3 year implementation program of upgrades and replacements to existing assets, prioritizing reliability and regulatory compliance.
  4. Identify and develop OEM partners to support the delivery of the portfolio, leveraging expertise and resources.
  5. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to develop project execution plans that are fully scoped with clear success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Oversee a portfolio of capital projects related to infrastructure and production equipment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Engineering or relevant experience, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  2. Demonstrable experience leading multiple projects within a GMP environment, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Knowledge in project controls: Cost, Schedule, Risk & Safety, document creation and management, with proficiency in financial management.
  4. Experience managing projects using a rigorous project methodology, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  5. Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and multiple stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
