**Service Advisor - Fareham**

**Salary: 28k basic 4k bonus + benefits**

YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s dealership in the Oxford area.

You will need to have experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor and a full UK driving license.

Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor:

- Sell additional products, services and repair works in a professional manner
- Implementation of company and manufacturer service promotions (ALL IN and other Service plans)
- Development of personal knowledge and experience in order to improve profitability, customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
- Approach all customers and assist with requests
- Maintain effective liaison with sales, parts and workshop team
- Ensure the tidiness of the service reception area to promote the professional image
- Maintain a presence at the service reception desk, ensuring that all customer queries whether in person or on the telephone are answered or dealt with immediately and all customers are updated regularly
- Answer customer’s questions regarding technical problems
- Notify customers promptly of completion of work if any customer is unavailable by phone text on system must be sent to record contact made and notes detailed
- Ensure account customers have sufficient credit to enable all work advised to be carried out as agreed if not Promoting ASF
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Service Manager if cannot be resolved by yourself in the first instance
- Where necessary, invite the customer to talk about a vehicle problem directly with the technician, therefore aiding first time fix and improving customer satisfaction

Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday to Friday 8.00 - 6.00. Saturdays mornings on a rota 8.00 - 12.30.
