Our client, a leading manufacturer of medical equipment based in Dundee has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, full time basis. This is an exciting and varied opportunity whereby you will assist customers with the repair/exchange of their equipment, ensuring all administrative processes are completed to resolve product issues in a timely and accurate manner.

**Duties Include**:

- Providing excellent customer service to clients across 800+ medical institutions in the UK.-
- Managing the end to end process to ensure equipment is repaired/exchanged in a timely manner- Processing technical reports and quotations, orders and deliveries for repair/exchange of equipment.- Ensure information is entered on to systems and databases accurately- Ensure equipment journey is recorded accurately in line with business process on all records.- Arrange collection of customer equipment- Receive equipment and store correctly within the warehouse- To provide and maintain a high standard of customer service answering queries and providing customers, other departments and infield operatives with prices, information and updates on our products and services.**Experience/Skills Required**:

- Excellent customer service skills- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally- Strong administration skills- Strong organisational skills- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast paced environment- Ability to work as a team as well as under own initiative- Stong IT skills - familiar with MS Office packages including Excel- Ability to use SAP software- Medical equipment knowledge or previous experience working in a medical environment (desirable)
