Receptionist/administrator

Belvoir Dundee are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to be based at our town centre office.
Our Dundee office is a well established business, and is part of an expanding group of lettings agencies, providing landlords and tenants with a highly professional, efficient and friendly service.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Greeting visitors to the office, and resolving, or directing, their enquiries as appropriate
- Dealing with general administrative duties, including issuing notices and letters
- Diary management
- Marketing of properties
- Assisting other staff as required
- Be well presented, with a friendly, positive, outgoing personality
- Have at least 2 year's previous experience within a reception and/or administrative role
- Be able to manage their time efficiently/be well organised
- Be a team player, yet also comfortable/confident working on their own
- Be focused on providing excellent customer service

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

- Dundee: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
