**HCM Functional Configurations**

**Contract Term: 6 Months**

**Contracting Authority: MOD**

**Location: Hybrid working (Manchester office, twice a month)**

**As a **HCM Functional Configurations**your main responsibilities would be**:

- Work closely with the HR Product Owners and other key stakeholders to understand requirements and enhancement opportunities within the system
- Responsibility for the MyHR module being empowered to make decisions for the day-to-day activities and directing
- Responsibility for the completion of the assessment of the quarterly Oracle patch updates undertaking research and analysis of information to advise the customer of the best course of action from options available
- Present findings and proposals for the delivery of Oracle mandatory and optional changes to Product Owners and other key stakeholders at the MCIG and other workshops and presentation of demonstrations to customers groups during the upgrade cycle
- Staff management of the team EO
- Investigate live service customer issues and updates REMEDY tickets with progress and resolutions
- Empowered to make day-to-day decisions regarding management of live service incidents and live service requests when engaging with key stakeholders without reference to the line management
- In conducting live service incident investigations and conducting change impact assessments the post holder is empowered to make day to day decisions only needing to escalate matters unless there is considered to be a wider impact required escalation and clarification
- Provides tier 2/3 level functional support and serves as the escalation point for unresolved configuration issues from EC/Civ Pers
- Responsible for documentation of configuration tasks within the system
- Responsible for the management and completion of development activities and unit testing before handing over to the HR Product Owners and testing team
- Conduct upgrade assessments for review by HR Product Owners
- Performs release tasks

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- Core HCM Fundamentals
- Core HCM Setup and Configuration
- Journeys
- Build/Edit Approval rules both via Approval rule UI and via BPM UI
- HCM Design studio
- Transaction console
- Core HCM related scheduled processes
- Knowledge on how HCM interact with other modules like Absence, Recruiting
- Oracle HCM security
- Auto complete rules
