**Role Summary**

This role will form part of the global Digital HR team to enhance and support both Talent and core HCM capabilities, with a specific focus on Workday Talent Management.

Additional knowledge of other Workday modules will be an advantage.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supports the overall Digital HR Talent architecture and governance to maintain integrity across Lonza’s Workday and global HR systems landscape.
- Support the Design and implementation of a scalable Workday solution across Workday Talent & Performance modules, based on business and regulatory requirements.
- Support the analysis and resolution of complex issues.
- Works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend, test, and deliver related configuration needed for new functionality and change requests to ensure compliance and BAU activities.
- Provide daily operational support to end users in Workday and other key cloud solutions

**Key requirements**:

- Ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to bring strong personal impact with a global and solution-oriented mindset
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high workload environment and be able to manage multiple projects and objectives
- Excellent knowledge of Workday Talent & Performance and Core HCM module
- Experience creating Excel data for Workday EIB’s required
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Case Management Tool
