WSP Global is seeking a Senior HCM Integrations Specialist to sit in the Global HR team for a minimum 12-month fixed-term contract (contractor option available). The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing the integration, roll out and embedding for success of Cornerstone Content Anytime into all regions of WSP both on Oracle system and other regional systems as required. What you can expect to do here:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Cornerstone, Oracle and other systems regional systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for the Cornerstone Project and translate them into operational realities.
  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integration including but not limited to Leaning Journeys, Course curation, training records, new product release impact and measuring ROI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues within the Cornerstone Project and provide ongoing support for HCM integrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures related to HCM integrations within the Cornerstone Project.
  • Work autonomously, communicating with senior leaders and stakeholders across all regions. This may mean working outside of core hours on occasions to suit global time zones.
  • Be the key point of contact for Regional L&D teams for other HR products.

What you'll bring to WSP:

  • Extensive prove experience with Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in a HR and ideally a talent development environment
  • Experience with HCM Cloud integration and specifically with Cornerstone
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focused relationship skills at all levels of seniority
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
