**Loan Advisor**

**We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Loan Advisor to join our Sales Team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand the client's financial situation.
- Advise clients on secured loan products and options that best suit their needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our lending partners, keeping up to date with criteria changes and new opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

- Full CeMAP qualification with previous sales and advisory experience.
- Experience working in secured loans
- Able to work well under pressure with a strong work ethic.
- Has a keen eye for detail.
- Is confident, outgoing, and friendly.
- Self motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A great negotiator with strong communication and interpersonal skills, whilst offering a great service to our diverse customer base.
- Strong decision making ability
- Hunger to learn and develop as part of our coaching and development programs.
- Works compliantly with regulations and business standards.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
