ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Asset Management Co-ordinator, you will lead on various projects supporting good asset management of our housing stock, including our approach to de-carbonisation.

You will be part of a team which support Stevenage Borough Council’s programme to modernise social housing as part of its vision to develop the town. You will undertake a full range of asset management services relating to the management of our housing stock.

ABOUT YOU

**You ideally will have or be able to develop**:

- A good understanding of issues affecting local government including a detailed knowledge of government policy and initiatives affecting asset management.
- Experience with asset management software and database management, including data cleansing and bespoke asset data report design and generation.
- Experience of accessing viability and options to inform investment decisions in the housing stock.
- A good understanding of how to analyse and interpret financial, performance and resource information and produce complex project reports.
- Ability to manage a programme of challenging projects and to lead and contribute to major projects, programmes, and initiatives.
