This brand new and exciting role will provide administrative support to the Technical Manager and Delivery Manager, to ensure the highest standard of qualification is developed and delivered. It comes with excellent development opportunities and the chance to make the role your own.

You’ll have constant liaison between stakeholders and training providers, therefore, a passion for building relationships and strong communication skills are key for this position. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital to ensure quality of work is to the highest of standards.

**Here is an outline of your duties**:

- Dealing with bookings and general enquiries coming into the department
- Registering providers and assessors
- Coordinating meetings and managing individuals’ calendars
- Maintaining records
- Formatting and proofreading documents
- Ensuring external communications are kept up to date
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Supporting the department with all administration as required
- Working in line with SLAs

Access to your own transport is essential as there will be the need for you to travel to events. There will also be the occasional requirement to work during the weekend - you will accrue time in lieu for any additional hours worked.
