**Equans is looking for a Caretaking Team Leader to join our Facilities Management team based at a University Campus in Ealing, W5 5RF on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £31,360.17 and benefits package.**
**Shift Times: 9am-6pm**
**What will you deliver?**:
- To work according to the rota issued by the caretaking & logistics supervisor,
- To perform all the duties specific to the role as per below including Ad-hoc requests from the client both internal and external when required.
- To be responsible for the management of the caretaking team including sickness & absence monitoring, daily tasks both reactive & planned, rotas and staff allocation and associated paperwork in the absence of the Caretaker and Logistics Supervisor.
- This role involves working shift patterns, Monday-Saturday between the hours of 6am-10pm. On occasion, you may be required to work flexibly outside of contracted hours, to support the needs of the contract
- To ensure the performance monitoring system standards are met.
- To ensure all job requests are attended to within the required timescales.
- To be self motivated and engaged with all requests and where required work unsupervised
- To inform the Line Manager of any breaches of discipline or service shortfalls

**Who are we looking for?**:
- Team Lead/Management Experience
- Handyperson / Porter experience essential, ideally in a similar environment
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Well organised with strong communication skills and ability to work unsupervised
- IT literate / PDA experience is desirable
