**Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our Facilities Management team based at a university campus in Ealing. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,919 and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:07:00 to 16:00 / 13:00 to 22:00 Mon to Fri (alternating weekly)

**What will you deliver?**:

- To carry out daily tasks for the team and client, including furniture moves, basic handyperson jobs, work in the grounds, clearance of car park areas, support the post and logistics team or any other ad hoc requests.
- To ensure all job requests are attended to within the agreed timescales and signed off according to process.
- To be responsible, in conjunction with security, for the opening and closing of the university buildings.
- To carry out event set ups and ensure all layouts and requests are met within the timescales.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Handyperson / Porter experience essential, ideally in a similar environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Well organised with strong communication skills and ability to work unsupervised.
- IT literate / PDA experience is desirable.
