**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- General maintenance of the premises
- Perform commercial repair tasks to maintain the premises
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas as required
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Clean and sanitise washrooms and replenish supplies
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in commercial DIY**:

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks**:

- Ability to work independently and efficiently**:

- Good communication skills to report maintenance issues effectively**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Pay: From £14.45 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ealing: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
