Band 3 Physiotherapy Team Administrator - 20hrs p/wk

An new opportunity has arisen for a new Physiotherapy Administrator within our MSK Rapid access clinics across Torbay and South Devon.

We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic individual to join our Physiotherapy Admin team. You will be primarily based at Newton Abbot with the option of some home working in the future.

If you are hardworking and looking for a new challenge then this could be the job for you.

You will be required to use your own initiative and have the ability to prioritise work. Your role will include coordination and support of the 14 Physiotherapy staff delivering these new style, Digital first clinics and being a good communicator is essential, as well as having a confident telephone manner and comprehensive IT skills.

To support the Physiotherapy staff, across Newton Abbot and Torbay Musculoskeletal Outpatient departments, and the wider TSDFT Localities of Ashburton, Totnes and Dartmouth. You will work with the wider MSK Physiotherapy Admin and Clerical team supporting the physiotherapy service.

To provide high quality administrative support to the 14 Physiotherapy staff delivering a new style of working.

Your role will include meeting the challenge of managing time and organising work effectively, whilst working under pressure and with frequent interruptions.

As part of the wider MSK Physiotherapy Admin Team, you will also provide admin support to the whole physiotherapy team, as needed, enabling them to provide a first-class service to the Torbay and South Devon Community.

Regular face to face, telephone or electronic correspondence with patient/clients and their relatives, other agencies, Professionals and colleagues across the Trust

Take messages for the team of 14 Physiotherapists, ensuring accurate details are taken and relevant messages forwarded

**Support and facilitate meetings through**: source suitable venues, recording of notes/minutes and distribution of associated paperwork. Follow-up actions as necessary
