As the Content Executive, you will be a key hire for this welcoming team and will be working alongside a supportive manager where you will be responsible for the creation and publication of web and content pages across the website whilst supporting the wider team with the implementation of website strategy and road-maps

This role should appeal if you are a creative individual, with a passion and background within content writing and looking for focusing on digital customer journey and experience.

You will be collaborating with the wider organisation, so you will be a confident communicator with the confidence and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders

Here is an overview of your duties:

- Maintain, update and manage web pages, making improvements to content, page structure and optimising content for SEO.
- Work closely with your colleagues within the web team, broader Marketing and across the Group to provide support to deliver web and digital projects.
- Oversee and monitor the production of web pages by other CMS users to ensure consistency and quality of content, page structure, SEO
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain best practice and website standards ensuring developments and improvements are user focused, device responsive, optimised, and meet accessibility requirements.
- Use Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track and analyse website analytics, interpreting the data to create reports and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and impact of the website.
- Work with other colleagues of the Marketing team in the production of creative integrated marketing campaigns to support and promote activity.
- Work with other members of the Marketing team; monitor our digital presence including competitor research.
- Work closely with web colleagues to undertake and execute functional, non-functional and accessibility testing to ensure all changes and developments are robust, error free and meet business and legislative requirements.

**The Successful Applicant**:
You will already have good experience of managing a content management system, if it is Wordpress...perfect

In addition, you will have had some exposure to analytics and have an understanding of how and why you analyse data to improve performance. If you have experience within Google Analytics, that would be amazing
