Our client searching for **Customer Service Advisors** to join their team based in **Christchurch**. The client, a global insurance provider are looking for people on a permanent basis starting in May. The roles are **office based** to begin with, but can become hybrid after completing probation. Hours are spread over shifts - 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday every 4 weeks.

The role;
- Assessing claims in line with policy terms and conditions to ensure valid claims are paid quickly.
- Providing an empathetic approach to all customers
- Identifying opportunities to recover money from other insurers and fraudulent claims during initial conversations
- Managing own caseload, ensuring claims are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner and your tasks are prioritised appropriately.

The person;
- Previous experience in a customer service environment*
- Excellent communication skills, spoken, written and verbal
- Resilience, be customer focussed and empathetic
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn and use new systems
- Ability to prioritise cases as well as multitask between calls and file management.
