Do you want to be part of a network of freelance clinicians working together and supporting each other to create the highest quality service?

At Healing the Mind, we are seeking experienced Counsellors to work on a **self-employed** basis. As a small team we are now expanding and would like a team of therapists.
The service welcomes people from marginalised communities and is passionate about supporting individuals to get better, feel heard and is culturally sensitive where cultural and religious norms are recognized and respected.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years (required)
- Experience in delivering counselling sessions online
- Experience in working with Ethnic Minorities.
- We require from you an outstanding level of motivation and commitment to our client group, alongside your ongoing development.

**Education**:

- Counselling qualification (degree or post grad dip).
- Minimum of level 4 qualification a Diploma course.
- Registered with BACP/BABCP or equivalent.
- A minimum of 450 hours Counselling experience, post qualification.
- Culturally informed
- Trauma informed
- You will have your own insurance

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £30.00-£35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
