Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Online Psychotherapist/Counsellor to join our team. This flexible role allows you to choose your working hours and client load, ensuring a work-life balance that suits your needs. All sessions are 50 minutes long, providing in-depth support for our clients, who are typically long-term and require consistent care.

Qualifications:

  • Accreditation: Must hold relevant accreditation such as BACP, NCPS, UKCP, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in psychotherapy or counseling is preferred, particularly with long-term client relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients.
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to at least 1 year, as all clients are long-term.
  • Technology: Comfortable with using online platforms for therapy sessions.

Requirements

Conduct 50-minute online therapy sessions with clients, ensuring a professional and supportive environment.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, demonstrating genuine care and commitment to their well-being.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and company policies.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of psychotherapy and counseling.
  • Payments are done via 50 min session not per hour which is lucrative for the therapist
