Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for an exciting new position within our Customer Service Team. Education Mutual serves schools across the UK for a niche financial service. We need energetic, enthusiastic people to provide a professional, friendly service.

This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, between 8.30-4.30PM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to member enquiries
- Develop relationships with schools and other stakeholders as required
- Process claims
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Negotiate and handle member complaints
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve better results
- Update the CRM with customer information
- Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
- Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Qualifications:

- Customer service within an office environment, including telephone experience.
- Previous claims processing experience desirable.
- Eligible to work in the UK
