**Reason for role**

We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition partner to join our global recruiting powerhouse. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent, this role will partner closely with hiring managers, stakeholders and people partners to lead the recruitment efforts across a variety of technical and commercial roles.

With a perfect balance of hands-on delivery and project work, you will play a pivotal part in building and supporting strategic projects linked to continuous development of Deliverects recruitment engine.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle, from source to hire for technical and commercial roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plans and strategy
- Pioneer new sourcing channels to build a diverse talent pool of high caliber talent.
- Implement innovative talent assessment methods to help measure capabilities
- Work closely with our team to improve upon existing programs and strategies for finding top talent

**Skills and Experience**:

- You will bring 4+years recruitment or talent acquisition experience with SaaS Sales-related positions
- hospitality tech would be a plus
- The ability to target, engage and generate conversations with passive talent at all levels
- Experience with Google Suite and recruiting/ATS systems
- Ability to juggle operational and strategic priorities
- Be resilient, flexible, and comfortable with changing priorities.
- Familiarity with a variety of selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological testing)
