**Position**:Contract Administrator

**Location**: Billingham

**Responsibilities and duties include**:

- Inputting of information onto spreadsheets (EXCEL) and the production control system (SYNCHRO)
- Raising internal orders and monitoring their progress through the system
- Distribution of information to relevant departments
- Compilation of customer schedules, assisting with monthly statistics and sales report
- Maintenance of progress reports
- Adherence to company QA procedures
- Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide an exceptional service
- Archiving of documentation
- General administration duties

**Essential Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and represent the business at all levels with customers.
- A manufacturing background is preferred with a working knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
- Good written and verbal English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Can operate on own initiative but contribute in a team environment
- Good administrative skills
- Quick to learn

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
