**Key Responsibilities**: Conduct comprehensive collaborative assessments of individuals in crisis, including risk assessments. Develop and implement crisis care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in their home environment or other community settings. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Offer psychological support and psychoeducation to individuals and their families. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of crisis interventions, adjusting plans as needed. Assist in de-escalating crisis. Promote recovery-oriented care and the least restrictive treatment options.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to mental health. Commitment to promoting recovery and person-centred care.
