We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our depot clinic team within Community Mental Health Services.

We are looking for an innovative, motivated, and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to help deliver high quality patient centred care. Our client group is quite diverse and typically no two days are ever the same in community.

We are seeking someone to work within the multiple clinics we hold in multiple sites around the Island. We also visit clients within their own homes to administer depots, undertake phlebotomy and obtain full physical observations.

We also have Lithium, Clozaril, and High Dose Anti-psychotic clinics based at Chantry House that would need to be supported.

This role would also suit a newly qualified nurse and we would be able to provide preceptorship packages to help expand working knowledge and experience.

Our service is operated Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700, so weekends would be free without any commitment to undertake any additional work-related activities.

The post holder, in collaboration with the clinic lead and locale team leads, will be responsible for delivery of the highest professional standard of care, assessment, and undertaking of invasive procedures.

You will be expected to work within the various clinics that are currently run by the Community Mental Health Team based presently at Chantry House.

You will be expected to remain flexible to assist the covering of other duties within the wider mental health team.

You will be expected to document all assessments clearly and accurately on the relevant electronic systems presently used by the CMHT.
