They are now on the lookout for a HR Business Partner to join the HR function. This is an automatous, true business partnering role working with senior stakeholders across a variety of different locations across the North region.
This is a true generalist role providing strategic support, advice, and guidance to the North management team on all Human Resources matters, working closely with the Regional Operations Director and collaboratively with the HR Team in line the with peopleagenda.
**Requirements for the role**:

- Level 5 CIPD qualification
- Complex Employee Relations experience
- The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with senior stakeholders within the business.
- Unionised experience
- Regional Travel will be required throughout the North
