- Dealing with incoming queries and keeping us within SLA
- Gaining a full understanding of the accounts payable processes and how to answer any query
- Working with our colleagues to become one of the main focal points for questions
- Monitoring trends and considering ways to improve processes to reduce the numbers of queries
- Taking ownership of specific issues and working to the end of the process to ensure the best outcome for Sky, our stakeholders and our vendors
