The new PMO will own, set-up and deliver the F&A Transformation Programme Management Office within the standard framework, ensuring the Programme delivers to NHS SBS time, cost, quality and revenue specifications and escalate any major issues.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage the establishment of key programme governance processes, including plan management, RAIDD management, change control, document management
- Produce accurate forecasts of future support office performance and report on variance against forecast.
- Deliver PMO services in accordance with agreed scope, acceptance criteria, time, financial and quality measures, ensuring all deliverables are in line with contractual arrangements set up with external clients.
- Ensures that delivery methods and tools are used in a manner consistent with the project environment.
- Provide management services to support project/service delivery. This may include but is not limited to: compilation of budget and forecast figures; capability planning; achievement/delivery planning.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Recent and proven experience of Programme / Project Management with a track record of delivering to required standards
- Resource demand capacity management experience
- Confident writing processes & governance
- Line management experience

**It would be great if you had**:

- Relevant sector experience
- Recognised industry standard qualification

**Salary**:45,000-55,000dependant upon experience & training needs
