**Salary**: £45,326+ (dependant on skills and experience)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collate reforecast and IBP requirements for the Manufacturing Service Delivery Unit
- Provide any cost base bridge for the finance review monthly
- Collate monthly and annual accruals
- Team leader Responsibilities, timely completion of teams PDR’s, coaching, absence management etc
- Maintenance of meeting calendars, planning & minute/action taking at business meetings whilst supporting the creation of Business Reporting Packs
- Support with the purchasing of goods (including production consumables, shipping media, PPE etc.); including management of purchases within monthly budgets, stock management of office consumables, purchase cost reconciliation (auditable paper trail/ support periodic CPA audit)
- First point of escalation for Business Support team
- Provide full LITA/IT Contact support including ordering and tracking requests for hardware, software, IT peripherals, etc
- Lead RDRM for business area
- Support with diversion reporting when required

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- Experience in a Business Support role and ability to manage other people
- Strong IT skills with Excel and MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills. Able to coordinate activities with a range of stakeholders, gather critical information and produce professional reports on time

**Desirable**
- Experience of managing budgets and producing financial information
- Experience of Cost Base reporting

You will be working within the Business Management Team, reporting to the Business Management Lead. We provide business support to the Head of Departments and Manufacturing Director

You will be working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are processed timely to aid operational delivery. We are a shared service delivery team and support across multi platforms
