**What you will be doing**

The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a two-year scheme and will offer you the opportunity to gain real experience working in the business areas which support all of our products. Through a combination of ‘off-the-job’ training, reviews and work placements, you will gain exposure to real challenges that support our business.
- You will have the opportunity to learn how to:
- Deliver your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity.

- To demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Time management.
- Problem-solving.
- Develop your organisational skills.
- Project management skills.
- Typically you will be placed within one business area for the duration of your apprenticeship. Business areas include:
- Business Development.
- Commercial.
- Manufacturing Operations.
- Procurement.
- Project Management.

Please note you must not book any annual leave within the first 3 months of your apprenticeship. Following this, leave will be considered depending on the individual training delivery schedule and must be approved by your line manager.

**What Qualification will you get?**

The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship will provide the opportunity to gain the following:
Level 3 Business Administrator standard.

You will be required to attend the ASK once a month to complete your college studies. Specific dates will be given to you in your first week in the business.
