This is an extremely rare opportunity to join a high performing, expanding multi-million-pound business. HPL Motors is a used car supermarket that has been running for 30 years, and we are always growing and learning. At HPL Motors, we are committed to customer care and the professional development of our team, with three Motor Trader Industry Awards under our belt for quality customer care.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting customers with their bookings both over the phone and in person
- To liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
- To work alongside workshop staff
- To handle enquiries from customers and advise on the maintenance and servicing of their vehicles
- To act as a liaison between customers and mechanics and relay information about work done to the vehicles
- To offer customers additional products and services
- Administrative duties such as updating and managing the diary and the courtesy cars
- To identify and order parts

**Salary**
- £23,000 pro rata

**Desired skills and our expectations**:

- Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Must be confident communicating with customers both over the phone and in person
- We are looking for someone who can get to grips with processes, products and services quickly
- Must have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential

**Company benefits**
