*Job Description
- * Help design and implement new office policies and procedures to improve efficiencies
- Assist with H&S requirements for the company - operationally and for accreditations.
- Inductions for new members of staff and organize orientation and training matrix
- Introduce and monitor company vehicle policies including driving licence checks and schedule maintenance for company cars and vans
- Sickness and absence monitoring
- Monitoring annual leave records and procedures
- Organise staff training when required
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord etc including price negotiations lease lengths etc
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions
- Newsletters and Social media / website administration
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
- Assist with ongoing HR policy review and implementation
- Awareness and adherence to all Quest health, safety, environmental, equality and diversity policies and any other such policies as are in force at the time of writing. Jan 23
