Office Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise computerised systems such as Google Suite for various administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to type at a reasonable speed
- Familiarity with basic administrative procedures and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
