**Customer Service at The Metal Store**

When you become part of the customer service team at The Metal Store you become an integral part of the experience and connection that helps us to strengthen the relationship we have with our customers.

**The role**

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work in our busy office environment. You’ll provide support to our Customer Service Manager with any issues relating to customer orders, ensuring that we’re able to continue offering the highest possible level of service to our customers at every stage.

Areas of work include assisting with customer service issues, organising any returns from our couriers or customers, creating claims for damaged orders through our couriers, arranging Fastbacks, Fastforwards and returns for our customers, sending out customer invoices, contacting customers to verify details, responding to online customer reviews and more.
- Have a passion for dealing with customers and building relationships with the couriers we use;
- Be able to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills in order to assist with other operations within the office;
- Exercise good judgement and time management skills to plan the working day effectively, ensuring that all customers are kept up to date at all times.
- Be focused on attention to detail, always maintaining a high level of concentration and a strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.25 per hour
