As a Social Media and Content Assistant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and creating compelling marketing materials across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
**Social Media Management**:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, photos, and videos to captivate our audience.

Monitor social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and optimize content and strategies for maximum impact.

Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and personable manner.

**Content Creation**:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate content ideas and campaigns that align with our brand identity and values.

Proof and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.

Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for aesthetics.

Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform strategy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative and exciting content ideas.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for leisure and a genuine interest in connecting with our audience.
